That's the first question everyone is asked when they start at JustWatch. Our 200 strong team are content obsessives.
Our leadership team has worked in the entertainment industry for many years.
Our headquarters is in Berlin and we have offices in London, Los Angeles, Paris, Munich, Rome, New York and Dubai. JustWatch Media has team members from all over the world. The team consists of over 200 people with 46 nationalities, to cover all important entertainment markets and languages.
We question everything. We try to learn by first principles. We are always curious. We want to make everything better. We are transparent and share knowledge. Applied learning towards a goal is what matters.
We are result driven. We always do what we say. We believe in the 80/20 rule. Done is better than perfect. We proactively communicate our wins.
We only want to do things that make sense. We want to give more than we take. We don't want to harm anybody. Business is always personal.
